Diego Rodríguez
He is a specialist in leadership and organizational change, holding a Master’s in Psychology and Human Development from Harvard University, where he served as a Teaching Fellow for renowned professors Ronald Heifetz and Robert Kegan.
He is certified in administering the Subject-Object Interview, a key tool for measuring epistemological development in adulthood, created by Kegan and Lahey. Throughout his career, he has advised senior leadership in various national and international organizations across both the public and private sectors.

Additionally, he has worked as a leadership instructor for executives and marginalized groups at Outward Bound Canada and Outward Bound Mexico. In the academic field, he is a postgraduate professor at the Business School of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile and an associate consultant at CLA Consulting. Diego is also a certified executive coach by Royal Roads University and the International Coach Federation, with a distinguished track record in sustainable development projects across Latin America and Canada.
