María Guerrero
María Guerrero is an expert in leadership, social transformation, and entrepreneurship. She is the founder and executive president of the Fundación para la Acción por la Música, an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children and young people through inclusive orchestras and choirs.
Since 2013, more than 1,000 children have participated in its programs, achieving performances on prestigious stages such as the Teatro Real. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Business Administration at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. As an Acumen Fellow, she is recognized for her commitment to social innovation.

She has received training in public and social leadership from institutions such as ESADE and Deusto Business School. Currently, she is a leadership professor at ICADE and a facilitator of organizational transformation processes. Among her many accolades, she has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain. She speaks Spanish, English, German, French, and Portuguese fluently.
